Sorry for the delay in getting this out to you. I do so much wish to express our appreciation for your steadfast efforts in selling my mother's home. Even though there were several potential buyers who dropped out at the last minute, you always had another one waiting in the wings. It all went very smoothly despite the drop-outs and the final price came out about as you had predicted and better than I had anticipated.

I enjoyed having you guide us through the selling process, your energetic efforts made the entire process a pleasure rather than a chore, thanks again.

I think that the last buyer, who actually purchased the house, was the best of the group, strange how it works out. Driving by the house it appears that he is doing a complete renovation. You should have a good neighbor for Tim and we feel relieved that the home will be in good hands. It is like saying good by to an old friend.
